New ClickUp status actions can now update WooCommerce

Turn any order into a ClickUp case, already filled in.

Upcase puts a ClickUp panel on every WooCommerce order. Open a refund, reshipment or support case in one click, with the customer, items, address and tracking copied into your custom fields. When your team moves the task in ClickUp, the order updates itself.

The problem

Support shouldn't start with copy and paste.

A customer emails about a lost parcel. Before anyone can help, somebody has to carry the order across to ClickUp by hand, and remember to come back when it's sorted.

The usual way 9 steps, every case

  1. Find the order in WooCommerce
  2. Copy the customer's name and email
  3. Copy the address, line by line
  4. Write out the items to reship
  5. Switch to ClickUp and find the right list
  6. Paste it all into the right custom fields
  7. Assign whoever packs parcels
  8. Go back and leave a note on the order
  9. Remember to update the order when it ships

With Upcase 1 click

1Click Open a case on the order
  • Filed in your Reshipments list, from your template
  • Name, order number, address and items filled in
  • Assigned to Tom, who packs the parcels
  • A private note on the order says who opened it
  • ClickUp status changes appear on the order
  • Approve it, and the replacement order makes itself

How it works

Set up once. Then every order has a help desk.

Most shops are opening cases within five minutes of installing the plugin.

  1. Connect ClickUp

Click Connect ClickUp and approve. Your workspace and lists come across by themselves. A personal API token works too.

  2. Make your categories

Give each kind of case an emoji, a colour and its ClickUp lists. Add a template and a preset so new cases arrive the way your team likes them.

    📦 Reshipments 2 lists
    💸 Refunds 1 list
    🎫 General help 3 lists
  3. Open cases from any order

The ClickUp cases box sits on every order. Pick a category, add a line of detail, paste a screenshot if you have one. Done.

Custom fields

Every field filled in before you've let go of the mouse.

Upcase reads your list's custom fields and fills every one it recognises from the order: email, phone with the right country code, address, items, tracking, refund amount and more. For anything else, each category has a preset you write once.

  • Matched by nameCall it Order Number, order no. or ORDER_NUMBER. It's found either way.
  • Presets with order detailsMix your own words with details from the order, like Reshipped {today}.
  • Warnings before you overrideThe preset editor shows which fields you're replacing and what they'd otherwise hold.

Move the task in ClickUp. The order follows.

Status actions let a change in ClickUp do the WooCommerce work. Approve a reshipment and the replacement order appears. Mark it shipped and the customer gets their tracking number.

The details

Built for the way support actually happens.

Your ClickUp templates

Each category can start from a template, keeping its checklists and subtasks. The order details go under its description.

Paste a screenshot

Press Ctrl+V anywhere in the case form. Screenshots and dropped files upload as task attachments.

The right person, every time

Set an assignee per category, so reshipments land with whoever packs the parcels.

Never drops a case

Cases are created in the background. If ClickUp is busy, Upcase waits and tries again, and never creates a case twice.

Staging is free

Staging and local copies of your store unlock everything without using up your licence.

Straight to ClickUp

Order details go from your store to ClickUp directly. Our servers never see your customers' data.

See everything Upcase does

I built Upcase for my own shop. Every lost parcel meant retyping an order into ClickUp, and every reship meant remembering to go back and update WooCommerce. Now it's one click, and the order looks after itself.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else? Open a ticket and a real person will reply within one working day.

Do I need custom fields in ClickUp?

No. Cases are linked to orders inside WordPress, so custom fields are optional. If your lists have them, Upcase fills the ones it recognises.

Does it work with HPOS?

Yes. It works with WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage and with the older storage, so nothing changes if you switch.

What happens if my licence runs out?

Your store keeps working. Existing cases, links and statuses all stay. You just can't open new cases until you renew.

Which ClickUp plans does it work with?

Any plan. Custom fields and templates follow your ClickUp plan's own limits.

Do you see my customers' data?

No. The plugin runs on your server and talks to ClickUp directly. Our licence server only sees your licence key, your site's address and version numbers for updates.

Can I try it on a staging site?

Yes. Staging and local sites unlock every feature without a licence, so you can test as much as you like before going live.

Give your support team their afternoons back.

Install Upcase, connect ClickUp and open your first case in about five minutes.
